Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Instrument

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Kala

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
